Job summary

Kensington360 is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site quality function, ensuring compliance with ISO9001, AS9100 and NADCAP across aerospace-focused manufacturing. You will interface with customers, engineering, manufacturing and the supply chain to embed a culture of prevention, containment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of quality, QA/QC or engineering experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
• Experience with quality management systems, non-conforming material, RCCA and contract review.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site Quality Subject Matter Expert across customer, internal and supplier quality requirements.
• Lead and improve QA / QC procedures, systems and documentation.
• Support ISO9001, AS9100D and NADCAP compliance activity.
• Manage quality documentation, reports, corrective actions, non-conformances and revalidations.
• Interface with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are properly flowed down.
• Support first article inspections, manufacturing process documentation and quality planning.
• Lead RCCA activity with suppliers and customers.
• Manage quality metrics, trends and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive a strong quality culture focused on prevention, root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Supervise a small team across quality, shipping and receiving.
