A leading aerospace solutions provider in Statesville, North Carolina seeks a Quality Manager to serve as the site quality leader. The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP standards while overseeing audits and driving a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and significant experience in high-regulation manufacturing environments. This position supports overall quality through effective coordination and communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace or high-regulation manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated leadership within AS9100-certified organizations.
• Deep understanding of AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and maintenance of an integrated QMS.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for quality issues.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and procedures.
