Job summary

Delta Precision Components, LLC is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead and optimize the company's QMS, ensuring AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF and NADCAP compliance across aerospace manufacturing operations.

The role drives audits, corrective actions, supplier quality management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement programs to strengthen customer confidence and product quality while supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; may consider 15 years directly relevant aerospace experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years in progressively challenging Quality Management roles in aerospace manufacturing.
• Direct experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF, AS17026 and NADCAP.
• Experience leading internal, customer and certification audits.
• Experience in precision machining or gear manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management System leadership in accordance with AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF, AS17026, NADCAP and customer-specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal audit programs; drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate supplier quality management and perform supplier performance reviews.
• Manage quality metrics, reporting and cross-functional quality improvement projects.
• Provide training on quality system processes and promote a culture of quality.
