Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing quality management.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO standards.
• Experience with special processes, such as heat treat, NDT, and chemical processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) adhering to AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
• Oversee internal and external audits, including NADCAP special process audits.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and control plans.

Skills

Experience in aerospace manufacturing quality management

Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO standards

Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R, SPC

Experience with special processes (e.g., heat treat, NDT, chemical processing)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related field
