Curtiss-Wright Corporation in East Windsor, CT is seeking a hands-on Quality Inspector to perform inspections, checks and tests across manufacturing processes on the second shift. You will collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure products meet specifications and project timelines.

The role requires reading drawings/blueprints, 1-3 years in inspection, and a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.

Formación

• High School or Equivalent required.
• Technical/Trade School preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience of Quality Inspection.
• Strong work ethic and good attitude.
• Must be able to read and understand drawings and blueprints, parts lists, inspection plans, and specification instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Performs a variety of inspections, checks testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes using various measuring tools.
• Conducting manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming aerospace components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met.
• Conducting final inspections on outgoing components.
• Prepares product verification documentation.
• Using part-marking equipment on incoming aerospace components.
• Perform component dimensional inspections per customer requirements.
