Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in South Windsor, CT, is seeking an Inspector for the 2nd shift (2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, onsite, Monday to Friday). The role focuses on ensuring product quality and compliance with industry regulations through inspections and precise measurements using calipers and CMM.

The candidate should have a High School diploma, be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and be able to operate under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality.
• Use calipers and CMM for precise measurements.
• Analyze inspection results and document findings per procedures.
• Maintain QA protocols including HACCP, CGMP, QA/QC practices.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and improving quality systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and calibrate tools per procedures.
