Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a quality-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience following QA/QC procedures and industry standards.
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality.
• Use calipers and CMM to perform precise measurements and document results.
• Analyze inspection data and record findings per procedures.
• Maintain and improve QA/QC processes, including HACCP and CGMP where applicable.
• Collaborate with production to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to developing and improving quality systems and documentation.
• Keep work area organized and ensure equipment calibration is up-to-date.
• Calibrate hand tools as per documented procedures.
