Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an Inspector I for 1st shift in South Windsor, CT. The role focuses on ensuring product quality through inspection of materials, components, and finished goods using precision measuring tools, with collaboration across production teams to uphold regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, familiarity with HACCP/CGMP/QA/QC, and the ability to work onsite Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. ITAR/EAR compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Quality systems knowledge including HACCP, CGMP, and QA/QC principles.
• Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
• Ability to work with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products for compliance.
• Use calipers and CMM to perform accurate measurements and document results.
• Analyze inspections and report findings per procedures.
• Support QA/QC practices and calibration of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with production to address quality issues and corrective actions.
• Assist in improving quality systems to raise product quality.
