Job summary

Bell in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Front-Line Leader for 2nd shift in Advanced Composites Center. You will direct the daily manufacturing activities for up to 25 union-represented employees, drive throughput, safety, and quality, and coordinate with multiple functions to meet production goals.

You should bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. The role requires flexibility across shifts and a focus on cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or a related discipline preferred.
• Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Direct productivity of team and production objectives.
• Provide daily assignment and direction to direct reports.
• Collaborate across shifts to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Use metrics-driven accountability (TAKT, earned hours, efficiency).
• Evaluate business impact on metrics and delivery schedules.
• Manage unionized workforce per Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Work with Supply Chain, Process Engineering, CI, Quality, etc.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Demonstrate leadership and communication skills.
• Discipline employees when necessary.
