Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) seeks a Quality Manager - Aerospace to lead the quality system this established foundry.

The role focuses on establishing, implementing and maintaining QA processes to meet the highest quality standards and minimize defects while coordinating with manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include reporting QA performance to top management, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO, Nadcap and customer requirements, and guiding the QA department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in a Quality Assurance leadership role; aerospace experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ, Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain QA processes within the quality system.
• Report on QA performance and opportunities for improvement to top management.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, Nadcap and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop the Quality Assurance department and coordinate with customers.
