Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) is seeking a Quality Manager - Aerospace to lead and continually improve the Quality Management System for aerospace components.

You will ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100 and Nadcap standards, drive process improvements, and manage QA personnel to deliver defect-free products at optimal cost. The role offers strong growth in a growth-oriented, collaborative environment with a competitive compensation package and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in QA leadership; aerospace experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt; ASQ Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Familiar with ISO/AS9100/Nadcap and customer requirements.

Mansioni

• Establish, implement and maintain processes within the quality management system to deliver outputs.
• Report on QMS performance and opportunities for improvement to top management.
• Promote customer focus across the organization.
• Maintain integrity of QMS during changes and implementations.
• Develop and manage policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal/external quality requirements.
• Ensure awareness and conformity to AS 9100, ISO, Nadcap and customer requirements.
• Provide training and certification in QA programs.
• Work with key customers on quality issues and audits.
• Provide leadership for the Quality Assurance department.
• Report performance and improvement needs to Executives.
• Acquire additional certifications as required for work or career development.
