Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) Chittenango is seeking a Quality Manager for aerospace applications.

The role focuses on establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system to deliver high-quality, defect-minimized products in a growth-focused environment. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years in a Quality Assurance leadership role; aerospace experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and ASQ Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate at all levels; MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Establish, implement and maintain QMS processes and practices.
• Report on QMS performance and opportunities for improvement to top management.
• Promote a customer-focused organization.
• Maintain QMS integrity during changes to the system.
• Develop and manage policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Ensure awareness of AS 9100, ISO, Nadcap and customer requirements.
• Train and certify staff in QA programs as required.
• Collaborate with key customers during audits or certifications.
• Provide leadership for the Quality Assurance department.
• Report QMS performance to the Executive team.
• Acquire additional certifications as needed for work or career development.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Comply with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies.
• Ability to work at the CPP Syracuse Facility.
