Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 8+ years in a Quality Assurance leadership role is required; aerospace experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred."

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain processes within the quality management system.
• Report on QMS performance and improvement opportunities to top management.
• Ensure compliance with AS 9100, ISO, Nadcap and customer requirements.
• Provide leadership for the Quality Assurance department.
• Work with key customers on quality issues and audits.
