Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) Chittenango is a growing aerospace investment casting foundry. The Quality Manager- Aerospace will establish and maintain processes in the quality management system to minimize defects and deliver high-quality parts to customers with minimal cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of QA leadership experience, preferably in aerospace.
• ASQ and Lean Six Sigma certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the Quality Assurance department and coordinate across functions.
• Monitor QMS performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, NadCap, ISO, and customer specifications.
• Interact with key customers during audits and certifications; train staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

8+ years QA leadership experience

ASQ certification / Lean Six Sigma certifications
