RTX is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join its Hot Section Engineering (HSE) team in a structured development program. The role covers part-level ownership, task planning, validation testing, engineering changes, and production to field support across turbine components for military, commercial, and industrial engines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering obtained by start date.
• Experience in product design, drawing definition/interpretation, material selection, thermal & structural analysis, manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Minimum Cumulative 3.0 GPA

Responsibilities

• Own part-level ownership, task planning and execution to ensure CIPT goals.
• Engage in validation testing, Engineering Changes, production delivery support and field support.
• Collaborate across IPT to manage the life cycle of components.
