Job summary

RTX is offering an onsite Project Engineer I position at Pratt & Whitney in Florida as part of the Engineering Development Program. You will work within an IPT comprising Project, Design, Structures, and Durability teams and participate in rotations to build breadth and depth in technical experiences.

The program includes three 12-month rotations across disciplines, with opportunities for growth, a pathway to advanced roles, and a relocation-eligible, benefits-supported environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering major obtained by start date.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.

Responsibilities

• Support an Integrated Product Team (IPT) consisting of Project, Design, Structures, and Durability disciplines within Hot Section Engineering (HSE).
• Communicate status of technical issues and budget updates to CIPT leaders, HSE leadership, internal program offices, and external customers.
• Collaborate with purchasing, suppliers, customer support, and sustainment teams to support engine deliveries and address field challenges.
