Job summary

Actalent Services LLC is hiring a Project Coordinator for the Fort Worth, TX Delivery Center to support engineering delivery leadership and daily office operations. The role centers on project setup, PO configuration, documentation, and weekly health reporting for multiple aerospace/defense programs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience, strong MS Excel skills, and an onsite Mon-Fri presence. Salary ranges $60,000–$65,000 with a $5,000 bonus potential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, finance or business-related concentration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience involving program/project management or coordination with contract exposure.
• Advanced MS Excel and PC applications proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery leadership in project setup, tracking and reporting.
• Review contracts for data consistency and accuracy of project setup.
• Create and maintain PO burn monitoring and reporting.
• Document progress against POs and SOWs.
• Schedule and host project health meetings and discuss program health or risks.
• Provide data updates, action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with change management and notification processing ahead of invoicing dates.
• Act as point-of-contact to building management for facilities and infrastructure matters.
• Manage new employee and visitor onboarding including badge access.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate events and wellbeing activities.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols including CUI access requirements.
