Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Program Manager to guide aerospace and defense programs, defining scope, deliverables, and plans while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and customer requirements.

You will report to the Customer Business Manager and operate from an Aerospace location. Travel to interact with customers and major suppliers/partners is required; you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across production projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages matrixed program team(s) to achieve objectives of the Defense & Space programs and CBT Lead; ensure successful execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
