Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a complex development program spanning multiple domestic sites. You will define, generate and implement program plans under minimal supervision, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, delivery and quality targets are met.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with centers of excellence, and mentor staff while applying Earned Value Management principles to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management for complex engineering development programs.
• Requirements management & fulfillment, planning/estimation.
• SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule.
• Risk management – identification & mitigation – change mgmt.
• Cost & financials (e.g., RDE, spend, forecast, variance).
