Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager for Aerospace Defense and Space programs. You will lead defense munition programs, develop plans with scope, schedule, budget, and resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while complying with defense standards.

The role requires 7+ years in aerospace/defense program management, knowledge of IPDS and defense regulations, and PMP or CAPM certification (or plan to obtain within 6 months).

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in program management within aerospace/defense or related sectors.
• PMP or CAPM certification is required or will be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with defense industry standards and IPDS/-process frameworks (SOW, WBS, BOE).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage defense munition programs ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and implement program plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution and resolve issues.
