Responsibilities

• Review production orders/schedules to ascertain product data and plan department operations.
• Develop or revise SOPs and observe workers to ensure standards and timely production.
• Review reports to assess performance indicators and implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance and QA to optimize resources.
• Support engineering during design to ensure customer delivery times are met.
