Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s IS AER ITD Aerospace Interconnect division seeks a Production Supervisor for the Camarillo, CA facility on 1st shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm, M–F).

The role oversees Machine and Molding teams, aligning tasks, providing technical guidance, and driving safe operations while coordinating with maintenance, materials, scheduling, quality, and engineering to meet internal and external demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of supervisory/operations leadership experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Ability to work within 50 miles of Camarillo, CA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Machine and Molding manufacturing teams.
• Set tasks and priorities; provide technical support and guidance on design, manufacturing, and procurement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Eaton Lean System (ELS) and 5S.
