Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Machine and Molding manufacturing teams at the Camarillo, CA facility.
• Coordinate resources across maintenance, materials, scheduling, quality, and engineering.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement programs using Eaton Lean System (ELS) and 5S.
• Set department goals and monitor performance metrics.
• Engage and coach employees to drive accountability and development.
