Job summary

Polymer Concepts Technologies PBY, Inc. in Hanover, PA is seeking an Industrial Production Planner to develop and implement production schedules for industrial products, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

You will coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to balance capacity and demand across multiple product lines. The role requires 3+ years in supply chain planning, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• C.P.I.M/C.P.M. certificate preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Supply Chain role, specifically in requirements/production planning or master scheduling.
• Experience with computerized manufacturing planning systems (MRP, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements and inventory targets.
• Release manufacturing orders for production material and floor stock items.
• Interface with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Sales to resolve planning issues.
• Monitor and adjust plans to optimize capacity and meet delivery targets.
• Negotiate bottlenecks with area supervisors and other planners.
