Job summary

HBD Industries is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule to align with customer demand, capacity, and material availability. You will coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to balance priorities with manufacturing capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years in production planning, strong MRP knowledge, and experience with aerospace processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in production planning/scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of MRP principles and aerospace manufacturing practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule (MPS).
• Lead monthly SIOP/IBP processes coordinating demand, supply, and objectives.
• Translate forecasts and orders into executable production plans.
• Identify risks to the schedule and implement recovery actions.
• Ensure schedule adherence and proper contract review.
