Zusammenfassung

Consolidated Precision Products in the aerospace sector seeks a Master Scheduler to ensure on-time delivery and budget objectives under the Manufacturing Manager. You will coordinate with Production, vendors, Accounting and Customer Service to keep schedules aligned.

You will develop and distribute weekly and daily production plans, manage WIP, review materials with Purchasing, monitor lead times and TOC/SIOP processes to meet customer demand.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of manufacturing planning/scheduling experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and Oracle systems.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with urgency and accountability.

Aufgaben

• Attend daily operation line walk to align priorities and discuss OTD.
• Lead weekly SIOP and SLB meetings to draft production commitments.
• Create production schedules considering personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure material availability before release.
• Publish weekly and daily schedules to managers and cast units.
• Monitor inventory and generate reruns when needed.
• Communicate delays or changes to Sales and Customer Service.
• Maintain BOM accuracy with Engineering ownership.
• Run lead-time reports and analyze data for management.
• Review long-term forecasts (2+ months) with Sales and Customer Service.
• Maintain buffer stock levels for finished goods.
