Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp in New York is hiring a Master Scheduler to ensure on-time delivery and budget goals. You will coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Accounting, and Customer Service to align schedules with forecasts and WIP.

Responsibilities include daily line walks, weekly SIOP/SLB planning, material planning, and schedule communication. Strong ERP/Oracle skills and 3+ years in scheduling are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing planning experience.
• Experience with ERP and Oracle systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily operation line walk to communicate customer priorities and review department OTD.
• Attend weekly SIOP and SLB meetings to draft production commitments or timetables using forecasts and WIP.
• Plan production schedules with available personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Create priorities for CNC and constraint locations when FIFOs are not possible.
• Review material requirements and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure materials are available.
• Prepare documentation related to production sequences.
• Create and distribute weekly and daily production schedules to Manufacturing Manager and cast units.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to meet customer demand.
