Job summary

Innovative Solutions & Support (IS&S) in Exton, PA is seeking a Production Planner to manage material flow, schedule manufacturing orders, and coordinate with contract manufacturers to meet delivery targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in supply chain; aerospace experience preferred. Proficiency with ERP/MRP, Word, Excel, Power BI, and Teams is essential. The team emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
Experience in Aerospace parts/services in regulated environment.
Strong ERP/MRP and data tooling proficiency.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power BI and Teams.

Responsibilities

Develop production and inventory plans for programs or manufacturing centers.
Release orders based on MRP and coordinate material flow through production cycle.
Maintain and analyze ERP/MRP data and capacity for FG and Make items.
Monitor production status and identify shortages or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Sourcing and other stakeholders.
Mentor material handlers and new associates.
