Chromalloy in Windsor, CT is seeking a Production Operator to support the manufacturing and repair of aerospace components in a fast-paced environment. You will perform production, cleaning, assembly and processing tasks while following standard work instructions, quality requirements, and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and spoken English for work instructions.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train and perform production operations across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Use hand tools, power tools, machinery, and shop equipment to prepare, clean, process, repair, and assemble aerospace components.
• Follow work instructions to cut, shape, bond, form, inject, cure, trim, drill, and repair parts.
