Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Operator to support the manufacture and repair of aerospace components in a fast-paced environment. You will perform production, cleaning, assembly, and processing tasks while following standardized work instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, performing cleaning and preparation processes, inspecting work, and loading components through the manufacturing flow.

Qualifications

• Requires strong English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to safely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train and perform production operations across multiple areas.
• Use tools and shop equipment to prepare, clean, repair, and assemble aerospace components.
• Follow instructions to cut, shape, bond, and finish parts.
• Perform chemical cleaning and surface preparation.
• Inspect own work and verify quality against standards.
