Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative, production support, operations support, manufacturing support, or coordinator role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, operations, logistics, or production environment
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable during changing priorities or time-sensitive situations
• Experience using ERP systems, inventory systems, or production tracking software
• Strong attention to data accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations through administrative and coordination activities
• Maintain and update production records, work orders, and system data
• Track the status of parts, materials, and manufacturing jobs throughout the production process
• Assist with inventory transactions, documentation, and reporting
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure information is communicated accurately
• Identify and escalate data discrepancies or process issues that may impact production schedules
• Generate reports and provide updates to support operational visibility
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures
• Support multiple requests and priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
