Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead the plant floor, drive scheduling, shipping, quality control, and continuous improvement to meet KPIs and budget targets.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 5+ years in mil/aerospace manufacturing, strong leadership, and proven Lean/Six Sigma experience, along with excellent communication and MS Office proficiency. Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of leadership in mil/aerospace manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; certification a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all production programs and operations to achieve on-time and on-budget performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production flow and process efficiency using LEAN and Six Sigma.
• Ensure 5S compliance and maintain a strong safety focus with ongoing training.
• Manage personnel performance, develop KPIs, and prepare performance evaluations.
• Report to management and track KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Control costs and manage the production department budget.
