Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in aerospace or related industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Team to drive innovation, collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure premium internal/external customer experience with timely results and technical proposals.
• Provide the team with tools and processes to report KPI and performance metrics.
• Support maintenance programs to ensure safety and efficiency of machines.
• Lead DFx reviews and optimize production processes while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with other ITT sites to align engineering strategies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Budget management for labor and expenses including laboratory costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
• Develop team through coaching and training.
