Job summary

Field International Group Limited seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead Pensacola, FL manufacturing operations. The role oversees production, machining, and assembly, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple departments.

You will drive lean initiatives, manage resources, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to optimize performance while supporting the General Manager as part of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior manufacturing management experience.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing and machining processes.
• Proven success managing production, quality, and OTIF performance.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, Lean Manufacturing, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production and manufacturing activities.
• Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage production teams, resources, and manufacturing assets.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Support the General Manager as a key member of the leadership team.
