Job summary

ITT Inc. in Valencia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of manufacturing engineers, drive DFx reviews, optimize production processes, and ensure product quality for aerospace programs.

You will collaborate across ITT sites, report KPIs, and mentor engineers while upholding safety, compliance, and ITAR requirements. This role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 6–8+ years’ production leadership experience; strong communication; and a track record in continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 6 years’ experience in aerospace or a related production environment.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with at least 2 years as a project engineer or engineering manager.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards, ITAR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing engineering team to optimize production processes and ensure on-time shipment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with other ITT sites and cross-functional teams to align engineering strategies.
• Support maintenance programs to maximize safety and efficiency.
• Oversee budgets for labor, expenses, and laboratory costs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
