Job summary

Sonaca North America seeks a Supervisor-Production to lead and optimize manufacturing operations including assembly, machining, or processing. You will focus on safety, quality, and throughput while driving continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning production schedules, coaching teams, and ensuring compliance with QA procedures. BA/BS with 3–5 years leadership is preferred; manufacturing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 5 years supervision/leadership experience.
• Machining experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree with 3-5 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews production orders and schedules to plan department operations.
• Oversees development of work teams to meet company goals and objectives.
• Prepares production schedules and coordinates daily activities to ensure quality and delivery.
