Job summary

Parker Aerospace, based in Florida, is seeking a production leadership role overseeing a production area with 25-50 employees. You will supervise Group Leaders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery while coordinating with Engineering and other functions.

The position emphasizes standardized work, staffing planning, and training subordinates, with opportunities to develop teams and participate in cost-reduction programs within a global aerospace division.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.A./B.S. in a related technical or business discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work activity of Group Leaders in assigned area.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and champion Lean Kaizen events.
• Ensure quality standards and coordinate corrective action activities.
• Perform capacity analysis and determine staffing requirements for the area.
• Develop and deploy standardized work instructions and ensure process stability.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and conduct safety investigations and audits.
