Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to drive day-to-day operations of one or more plant value streams and to implement the Parker Lean system and Win Strategy under the direction of the Value Stream Manager. This role focuses on safety, quality, cost reduction, and leading continuous improvements in a day-shift OEM environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business discipline.
• 4+ years of directly related experience and demonstrated ability to perform in the described role.
• 3-5 years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Substantial practical knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, and/or quality or operations support; familiarity with FAA/safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation of one or more plant value streams.
• Implement Parker Lean system and Win Strategy under the Value Stream Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day activities to meet performance targets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide effective cross training and ensure standardized work is followed.
• Work with Value Stream Manager to map and achieve future state value streams.
