Job summary

COMLUX AMERICA LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Logistics Manager to lead planning, materials, warehousing, and shipping support for aircraft completion and manufacturing. You will interface with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to ensure material readiness and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include leading warehousing and Kitting, optimizing inventory, and driving continuous improvement across ERP/MRP and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in production planning, materials management, or logistics.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing planning, materials, or logistics teams.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and warehouse management systems.
• Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing and distribution to support production requirements.
• Manage shipping and receiving, including international shipments.
• Set departmental priorities and staffing plans.
• Oversee inventory management and safety stock levels.
• Develop and maintain planning, material control, and logistics processes.
• Monitor KPIs like schedule adherence and inventory accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement in planning, material flow, and warehouse ops.
• Collaborate with Finance on inventory valuation and working capital.
• Provide leadership for Kitting, Inventory Management, and Logistics teams.
