Qualifications

• 2+ years in production scheduling/planning in manufacturing
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Understanding of capacity planning and materials management
• Ability to read production docs, drawings, blueprints
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand, inventory, capacity, and priorities
• Decide release, firming, cancellation, or deferral of production work
• Monitor schedule adherence and escalate delays or capacity issues
• Analyze capacity and recommend solutions (overtime, outsourcing, priority changes)
• Coordinate with Procurement and Inventory to support material availability
• Manage ECNs and communicate changes to affected inventory
• Maintain daily floor presence to verify schedule execution
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
• Generate and analyze production and scheduling reports to identify trends and risks
• Balance priorities and cross-functional support while delivering for customers
