Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Production Control Manager to lead material flow, inventory control, and production scheduling in our Oklahoma facility. The role collaborates across value streams to meet on-time delivery while upholding quality and lean practices.

You will optimize ERP-driven processes, monitor performance, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement in coordination with engineering, manufacturing, and quality groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Industrial Engineering or similar).
• APICS and/or ISM training/certifications preferred.
• Experience in logistics, materials management, and lean manufacturing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and communication for releasing, tracking, processing, and shipping parts per customer requirements.
• Report and track on-time delivery performance.
• Manage customer service and production control including shipping/receiving, raw materials, and kitters; develop and coach team members.
• Ensure departmental work integrates with other departments to meet customer needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain inventory control systems.
