Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Project/Program Manager reporting to the PMO Manager to lead programs and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving financial profitability. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive program plans, and monitor KPIs to deliver on-time, within scope, and within budget.

You will engage with Sales, Proposal, and Production, potentially serving as the customer SPOC and handling contract deviations when needed, while guiding continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) and/or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience as Program Manager, PMO lead or similar in manufacturing (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Proven ability to manage international programs/projects and to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned programs/projects and develop execution plans.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing).
• Manage customer relationships and contract implications when required.
• Track KPIs including financial margin, on-time delivery, quality metrics.
