Sonaca North America is seeking a Production Planning and Control Manager in Washington, MO to lead the master scheduling function. This role oversees the scheduling team, delivery coordinators, and related production support activities, ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing capacity and inventory.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in production scheduling, SAP experience, and strong leadership with proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Five+ years production scheduling experience.
• Aerospace industry knowledge preferred.
• SAP experience required; proficiency with Excel.
• Strong ethics, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules and release schedules.
• Lead schedulers, delivery coordinators and support teams.
• Coordinate SIOP process and capacity planning activities.
• Monitor forecast vs. plan and report risks with recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy of shop floor loading and adapt schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
