Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Production Planning and Control Manager to lead the Master Scheduler function at the Washington, MO site. The role oversees production scheduling, delivery coordinators, and related teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with SIOP and capacity planning.

The candidate will develop, release, and maintain master schedules, coordinate capacity reviews, and drive improvements in throughput while managing cross-functional interactions with sales, engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of five years production scheduling experience.
• APICS certification preferred.
• SAP experience required.
• Knowledge of Production Operations, Production Control, Scheduling, Distribution, Inventory Management, RE-Order Points (ROP) and MRP is helpful.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the SIOP process and report the consolidated weekly schedule.
• Collaborate with the scheduling team on data collection for status updates.
• Manage and direct the team of schedulers and delivery coordinators.
• Conduct performance management including goals and reviews.
• Develop production schedules to meet forecast requirements and lead times.
