Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 7–10+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 7+ years).
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in aerospace/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management teams to manage scope, schedule, cost, and commitments.
• Perform SIOP planning to balance demand, supply, and profitability.
• Continuously improve business processes to drive efficiency.
• Manage customer relationships and negotiate contract deliverables.
