Job summary

Collins Aerospace, RTX’s aerospace leader, seeks a senior manager with full strategic responsibility for aftermarket and service strategy development, modeling, and execution. You will lead pre‑sale and post‑sale activities, identify customer product needs, run feasibility studies, and provide technical guidance to customers and sales teams.

Candidates must show broad management and leadership capability to steer project teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead aftermarket and service strategy development, modeling and analytics.
• Provide technical guidance and support across pre-sale and post-sale activities, including pricing, segmentation, and customer interactions.

Education
