Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks a Program Manager to lead FPS programs with cross-functional teams, owning scope, schedule and cost while meeting customer commitments. You will also drive growth through new opportunities and cost improvements.

You will lead a program management team, manage OEM and aftermarket initiatives, and collaborate with engineering, quality, operations and suppliers to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree with 7–10+ years of related experience.
• Proven leadership of complex, matrixed teams and programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management Teams across cross-functional groups to deliver OEM and aftermarket programs.
• Own scope, schedule, cost, and customer commitments for defined performance periods.
• Drive SIOP planning, continuous improvement, and cost/yield initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts within boundaries.
• Support new business development with cost analyses and proposals.
