Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Eastlake, OH, is seeking an Aerospace Product Engineer to help develop robust manufacturing processes for investment casting of aerospace components. You will work in a team to optimize tooling, die development, and process controls to improve yield and product quality.

The role requires extensive experience in engineering, strong data-analysis skills, and familiarity with GD&T, Six Sigma, and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of mechanical or product engineering experience.
• Experience in the investment casting industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance robust manufacturing processes and tooling for aerospace and industrial investment casting.
• Maintain and teach best practice investment casting procedures to meet business objectives.
• Identify problems, generate alternatives, and implement solutions to improve yield and quality.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving on teams when needed.
• Publish data-based reports and ensure repeatable results.
