Qualifications

• Working on a BS in Engineering; junior or senior year preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and teach best practice investment casting procedures and practices.
• Construct dies, gauges, and support tooling for cores, wax patterns, and castings.
• Interface with tooling vendors and CPP purchasing to produce quality tools at a competitive price.
• Identify process yields using data analysis (statistical, DOE, 6 Sigma) to uncover variables.
