Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Euclid is seeking a Process Engineer to help develop and optimize investment casting processes for aerospace components. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, apply best-practice casting methods, and work hands-on to address quality, yield, and rework challenges.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 0-5 years’ experience in mechanical or product engineering in investment casting.
• Knowledge of DS/SX casting process, shell parameters and metallurgical impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall metallurgical casting process from gate design to casting parameters.
• Assess the physical structure and behavior of metals and distribution systems within DS/SX.
• Investigate metallurgical failure using root cause analysis.
• Publish reports using data-based decisions.
• Identify and improve process yields using data analysis techniques.
